With two decades of commercial leadership experience, she understands what it takes to establish operations, develop teams, optimise performance and drive strong and sustainable growth. She has experience in delivering people solutions that underpin scalability, engagement and ROI whilst maintaining the company culture. She comes from a variety of backgrounds such as Finance, Oil and Gas and the Events industry.  She is very passionate about Mental Health and the development of people to enable them to be the best they can be.
